Following the completion of the base build for Unit 7 at Horizon Logistics Park, we were subsequently appointed to deliver the full tenant fit-out for Caesarstone, a global leader in premium quartz and porcelain surface products. The newly constructed 35,000 sq. ft. unit is to function as Caesarstone’s Irish warehouse and distribution hub, incorporating office space and a bespoke showroom for product display and demonstration. The fit-out programme, which was delivered over approximately twelve weeks, involved a comprehensive scope of works tailored to support both the operational and client-facing needs of the tenant. Key elements included the construction of new stud and glazed partitions with full manifestation, the installation of suspended ceilings, and the provision of modern tea stations to serve office personnel. High-quality floor finishes were laid throughout, and a new insulated concrete slab was poured in the warehouse area to accommodate heavy racking systems and slab storage, with capacity for approximately 7,000 slabs. Additional works included complete painting and decorating, full mechanical and electrical installations to support both office and warehouse environments, and the installation of new blinds to ensure privacy and light control. The completed fit-out provides Caesarstone with a high-performance, brand-aligned space to support its continued growth in the Irish market.
