M&P were awarded the tenant fit-out contract following the construction of Unit N6 at Horizon Logistics Park. This warehouse and office space contract included full mechanical and electrical installations. The project included complex infrastructure elements such as HVAC systems, MHE charging, and freezer and walk-in cold room units, aligning with CEVA’s demanding logistics environment.
Demolition works included the removal of blockwork and partition walls to enable layout reconfiguration and structural enhancements included concrete works, blockwork, core-drilling, and chasing.
Internal finishes ranged from glazing and curtain walling modifications, air-tightness installations and testing, to general fire-proofing, partitions, plasterwork, joinery items, ceilings, and internal door-sets. The interior was completed with ironmongery supply, and the installation of sanitary ware, mirrors, blinds, floor finishes, and painting & decorating.
Functional workspaces were equipped with kitchens, tea stations, furniture, lockers, storage rack shelving, and reception desk, while warehousing space included racking, steel cages, turnstiles, and signage.
This extensive fit-out ensured that CEVA Logistics’ facility met both technical performance requirements and contemporary workplace standards.
