This design-and-build contract delivered a high-specification logistics facility, comprising an 85,000 sq ft high-bay warehouse constructed to LEED Gold sustainability standards, along with 5,500 sq ft of bespoke office accommodation. The project was completed over a 45-week programme.
The main warehouse features a structural steel frame set on reinforced concrete foundations, with precast retaining walls and Kingspan insulated cladding to both roof and walls. The office section is topped with a green roof to enhance environmental performance. Office floors and staircases were built using precast concrete units supported by a combination of structural steel and blockwork.
Site development works included the formation of new access roads, car and truck parking zones, and all associated infrastructure such as lighting, utilities, and the installation of an ESB substation.
The office interiors were finished to a high standard, incorporating premium joinery, sanitary ware, and quality finishes throughout to ensure a professional and comfortable working environment.
