Demolition of a six storey building in the heart of Dublin City Centre coupled with two individual two storey buildings. Waste management and environmental impact plans were implemented as integral parts of the project to expedite LEEDS certification.
The buildings were soft-stripped back to main structural components. All materials were segregated for recycling and re-use. Following soft-stripping the building was demolished. All concrete materials were crushed on site and reused to back fill the basement area, leaving a level site for redevelopment
