Works are currently on-going at Nolan’s supermarket Clontarf where M&P Construction are carrying out the complete structural and internal refurbishment of the existing supermarket and new mixed use residential and retail buildings adjacent to the existing supermarket.

As part of an overall re-development of the centre M&P have been engaged to modify six existing retail areas for new retail and restaurant tenants including the introduction of a suspension bridge spanning 22,000mm across the main mall area and introducing three new retail areas.

The works for Building 13 project, consists of the demolition, alteration and strip out of the remaining tenant fit-out to create a Landlord Shell & Core finish to White Box standard in order to allow the incoming tenant commence with their fit-out works for Level 1 and 1m. Level 2 works include fit out to Cat A+ standard.
