Refurbishment of classrooms, offices, reception and general areas during the summer holidays 2009 and 2010 including repair works to the existing roof with the installation of new roof lights, upgrade to the existing mechanical and electrical services, joinery, suspended ceilings, floor coverings and wall finishes. The existing windows were removed and upgraded with some replacement due to dry rot.
