Upgrade works to existing buildings with construction of new extension to cold storage area. Relocation of vehicle entrance with new security accommodation. Removal and reinstatement of the forecourts and storage area’s at  Britvic’s Distribution Centre in Kylemore Park West, Dublin 12. The existing yard circa 6,500sm was removed to formation level and reinstated to a DOA specification. During this process we installed an entire new drainage system and communication network for the area. The outlets were a mixture of acco channel and traditional gullies. The drainage was complicated by the fact that ground conditions were poor and with average excavation depths of 4.0m, trench support was necessary. The works were completed on a phased basis while the yard was 100% active therefore we have to agree and plan a detailed phased programme and traffic management plan causing minimum distribution to our client
