This project consisted of a 16,000 square ft. extension to the existing CBC Monkstown School with extensive civil works. The extension consists of 12Nr class rooms, office accommodation with extensive piling and ground beams substructure and a superstructure of block work, reinforced concrete and precast slabs and comprises a fabric of stone cladding weber insulated render and aluminum curtain walling. The project consisted of a highly insulated air tight design.
