Finished externally with Wicona Wictec 50 Capped Curtain Walling and windows and Kingspan Benchmark Evolution cladding.
Comprising of over 6,500 sq.ft of retail space over two floors, this newest re-fuelling point on M1 motorway network is operated by Circle K (Formally Topaz) as part of their nation-wide re-branding.
The development extend to 52,000 sq.ft of site works, complete with heavy goods fuelling centre, car-wash, cycle-ways and parking spaces complete with assocaited infrastructure
