All employees, visitors and contractors are expected to co-operate with the Company management team in ensuring that high standards of health and safety can be achieved. All bodies are reminded of their own legal responsibilities and duties, which are explained in the Safety Statement.
We are currently in the process of receiving our ISO 9001 accreditation. We have been accredited by a number of other leading authorities and we consider our quality control to be an extremely important competent to the success of our company.

As this is our first Gender Pay Gap report, we recognise the importance of transparency in understanding and addressing pay differences between men and women within our organisation. This report provides valuable insight into our current position and highlights areas for improvement as we continue to grow.
Hourly pay quartiles illustrate how men and women are distributed across different pay levels. At M & P Construction Limited, men are more heavily represented in higher-paid roles, particularly in the upper quartile, while women are more concentrated in the lower and middle pay bands. This reflects workforce composition and role availability rather than unequal pay for equal work.
