The complete refurbishment and fit out of the existing building shell and core was carried out to create a state of the art training school for Air core and Irish army cadets at the existing facilities in Casement Aerodrome Baldonnell Co. Dublin. The works included the complete replacement of all external windows and doors, the removal and reinstatement of all internal concrete floor slabs and screeds, replacement roof coverings and the refurbishment of the external facades. Internally the areas were subdivided into class rooms, toilet facilities locker and billet areas with complete mechanical, electrical and joinery fit-outs completed along with the complete drylining to the existing structure.
