This project comprising of the extensive refurbishment and extension of this landmark city-centre hotel commenced works in late 2017 with a major demolition programme including the complete removal of the roof to enable the construction of an additional floor. With the addition of an extension to the building on Digges Lane the hotel comprises of 128 four-star bedrooms, circulation areas, bar, restaurants and entertainment spaces over the seven levels within the hotel.
