This industrial development is currently under progress and will be completed mid July 2015. The shell and core to the buildings is a structural steel framework with in-situ concrete boundary walls and floor slab. The facade’ s are finished with a Kingspan cladding with industrial roller shutter doors. The works also incorporate extensive site works including underground drainage and services, new boundary fencing, new road entrance and concrete in-situ yard.
