The works for Building 13 project, consists of the demolition, alteration and strip out of the remaining tenant fit-out to create a Landlord Shell & Core finish to White Box standard in order to allow the incoming tenant commence with their fit-out works for Level 1 and 1m. Level 2 works include fit out to Cat A+ standard. The project also includes the strip out of remaining existing mechanical and electrical services and installation of new Landlord mechanical and electrical services, the creation of service risers, and the removal of existing escalators through the building. The works also include the replacement of the existing façade and curtain walling , external works on the terrace of level 2 including the replacement of the existing timber decking, timber soffit and installation of new glazed acoustic screen.
