The scope of the development consists of the demolition of four existing dwellings, one workshop and other ancillary structures on the site. The provision of one hundred and five residential units arranged in a single block comprising fifty one – one bedroom apartments and fifty four – two bedroom apartments.

These units range in height from four to seven storeys with set-back upper floors, all over a basement level with private, communal and public open space provision (including balconies and terraces to be provided on all elevations at all levels); car and cycle parking; car club spaces; storage areas; internal roads and pathways; pedestrian access points; hard and soft landscaping and boundary treatments. 

Vehicular access to the site will be from the Ashcroft Estate with emergency fire tender and bin lorry access from Station Road. The development will also include changes in level; services provision and related pipework; plant; electric vehicle charging points; ESB substation; waste management areas; attenuation tank; signage; solar panels; public lighting and all site development and excavation works above and below ground, at Nos. 52, 54, 56, 58 Station Road, (adjacent to Ashcroft Housing Estate), Raheny, Dublin 5.
