Following on from the construction of the new unit 7 in Horizon Logsistics Park, we were subsequently appointed the new tenant fitout works. Caesarstone, a global provider of quartz and porcelain premium surfaces, will utilize this unit as their new Irish warehouse/distribution centre and office space. The new 35,000 sq.ft. site will hold circa 7,000 slabs along with a separate show room area for display and product demonstration.

The programme lasted approximately twelve weeks and included the following scope of works:

• Construction of new stud and glazed partitions including manifestation.
• Installation of suspended ceilings.
• Installation of tea stations.
• New floor finishes.
• New insulated concrete slab to warehouse floor.
• Painting and decorating.
• New mechanical and electrical installations.
• Provision of new blinds.
