This project involved the demolition of the existing 397sqm single-storeyindustrial building and the construction of a new seven-storey modern residential apartment building with commercial premises at ground floor level.

The building is located in a prime location in the city centre. Totaling 28 apartments, the building contains 22 Two-bedroom units and 6 One-bedroom units with private balconies.

The apartments are designed to maximize natural light and create a sense of spaciousness, with open-concept living areas, high ceilings, and large windows.
